Cooledge’s NEW “Build-To-Order” (BTO) program ensures that the benefits of luminous ceilings are available for almost any project. With a greater focus on energy codes and green designs, it has become imperative that luminous ceilings deliver not only the immersive illumination that makes them the best choice for general lighting but also compliance with more restrictive lumen power density (LPD) requirements.

With 7 standard light output (luminous flux) level options, Cooledge already offers incomparable flexibility to meet illuminance requirements while ensuring compliance with energy codes. However, there may be circumstances where selecting a more precise flux/power combination is necessary to meet your design objectives.

Introducing the BTO Advantage

The Build-To-Order Program empowers designers to choose a non-standard flux/power combination, enabling the lowest power density possible that still meets the required illumination levels of your design. With BTO, you have two paths to precision: - Choose a desired power level and get the corresponding light output. - Choose the minimum flux level that delivers the required illumination to determine the power level.
