Greene has over ten years’ experience successfully driving change to deliver business growth as a Chief Financial Officer in technology-focused hardware and software businesses, most recently with Clevest Solutions, where he was instrumental in facilitating the company’s sale to IFS. His diverse experience in M&A as a CFO also includes leading a merger of Webtech Wireless with another public company to form Geotab and the acquisition of a $20M business while with Norsat International.
At Cooledge Greene will provide strategic support for business development, oversee improvements in business processes to ensure success as the company experiences rapid growth, and continue to build a world-class finance team.
